Those displaying service medals simply have to show their medal when getting on the bus. No tap on and off required on regular bus and light rail services. Medal holders must register to ride to the Anzac Day ceremonies so we can measure expected attendance.
Please note Anzac Day is a public holiday. Regular Transport Canberra bus and light rail services operate on a Sunday timetable and frequency. It’s also a Friday, so enjoy Fare free Fridays on all bus and light rail services. Don't forget to tap on and off to register a $0 journey fee.
All charter services will be wheelchair accessible.
