Fare free Fridays have started. Tap on and off with your preferred payment method and you will not be charged any fees on Fridays during the 12 month trial.

Set up your MyWay+ online account, download the MyWay+ app or get a new MyWay+ travel card. For help using the system view our tutorial videos.

We are working with our supplier, NEC, to make ongoing improvements. Please see the latest MyWay+ update. This includes information on the use of QR codes and working with NEC to rectify a delay in the delivery of MyWay+ travel cards.

To track the progress and receive a response to your feedback you will be required to login or register to your ACT Digital Account. Alternatively, you may submit anonymously and you will not be asked for contact information. Please note this may restrict our ability to locate or follow up on the reported issue.

  • ensure our drivers are providing a safe and timely bus service
  • ensure you are kept informed.
